Application broken too long

Will this application ever work with Fitbit again? Ive been using this application for four years and would hate to quit using it. Maybe its time to abandon it and just use the Fitbit application and myfitnesspal. Tactio does not appear to have a team in place they can fix their issues. They either dont care or or inept.
What is the status of the Fitbit interaction? I want more then "we are working on it" This has been a consumer nightmare and a very bad public relation issue for Tactio.
