Used to be great - now worse than useless

I have had this app for years - it was always very useful.

Then I updated and suddenly I cant keep any data. I was able to restore the years backlog by doing a "local database backup" but I havent been able to create another backup and have lost my data for the past few months at least three times.

Ive tried syncronizing and have been in contact with customer support a lot and still no progress.

This app is completely worthless if it cannot retain any new data! I wish I could just at get the old version back. :(
